Well boys, as the name suggests I upgraded my hairloss regimen from propecia into the big 3 plus MSM (just because I saw a bottle @ work and i swiped it hehe a 60 pill bottle 1000mg)..so a few questions...I got 2% minoxidil for $50 CDN 1 month rogaine...big overprice i know but my thing came with a spray and dropper applicator...i have diffuse thinning so would the spray be better? also, i noticed my hair is really damn dry after it dries off kinna hay-ish...another q...ur supposed 2 apply minoxidil after ur scalp dries off right. And final question how should I use nizoral...only 1nce or 2ice a week and leave on for 5 mins right?

why not get the 5% over the internet? You can get a 4 month supply for like 30 bucks!


use nizoral 2-3 times per week and yes leave it on for 5 minutes at a time.

leave nizoral on for 5 minutes before rinsing. i use a conditioner afterwards because it makes my hair look all frizzy. Use the nizoral twice a week.
