Missed a finasteride dose this morning, what to do?

I've done this a few times in the last 18 months, but it happened again tosay - rushing out of the house in the morning, I made it halfway to the bus before realising I'd forgotten to take my proscar. Is it better to wait until tomorrow morning again to take my next dose, or should I take a pill when I get home at half five? Would be great to get some feedback, so I an deal with this properly in the future as well. Thnx.

It doesn't matter. The DHT blocking effects of finasteride lasts for many days so you'll be fine whatever you choose.

If I miss a morning dose, I take it when I can. Say 5:30. Then the next day I take one later like noon. Then work my way back to first thing in the morning the 3rd day.

I miss maybe once a month. No problems.
