I check every 15 minutes if my hair are growing or not... If not with a mirror I take pictures with my phone...

if they grow it will get worse

if they never do, you will eventually avoid mirrors

why so much pessimism? I'm on a strong regimen I hope it will get better.

and if it doesn't it's ok I look badass with a buzzed head and my smp.

I have unfortunately the same problem. Watching the mirror xxx time a day, specifically the little thinner area at my left front.

I also compare my hairline to old pictures of mine

I think im hoping that is all a bad dream and that im not receeding and this is why i have to look at it again and again

To be honest, sometimes I just hope to go bald since I don't want to put more energy on worrying if I will lose hair, how much I will lose and so on!
This is a pain in the ***.

+10000000 sometimes i feel like fighting against hair loss is useless and that the best thing i should do is let it go.

I probably look at myself in the mirror every 5 minutes. Sometimes to see if my hairline is looking more messed up or if my temples are getting worse. Other times to see how messed up my physiognomy is and where I need to get work done on my face. Unfortunately I do not have the means to take care of the former, and especially not the latter.

You may be early balding but you definitely have body dysmorphia in my opinion if you think your face needs "work".

Indoors, I check mirror non stop to see if Proscar has made any difference(so far none). Outside I gaze at reflection even with hat on.

I do the rear view mirror thing whenever I go the the bathroom - as that we're we keep the dreaded hand held mirror!! But, and I'm not exaggerating here, I would estimate that I touch, rearrange or otherwise fiddle with the whispy hairs around my crown about 500 times a day! It's torture. I know things could be worse, but f*** me, it doesn't mean that this doesn't suck in its own right!
