Yes

Any hair you force to regrow with minoxidil will require minoxidil to continue growing. If you stop minoxidil the hair you did regrow will usually fall out in 2-3 months.

Thankfully after you are satisfied with the regrowth you can drop to one application perday before bed to maintain and keep what you have.
