What is the best option for 5% liquid minoxidil without PPG? I noticed itching from regular 5% minoxidil liquid formulas. I tried the foam and the itching went away. But since I am a diffuse thinner, liquid would be better to apply. Any ideas? I did a few searches and found a product from Genhair in Europe. I am in the US. Anything local here? Thanks.
