Minoxidil without PG?

I have been looking all over the internet for some reliable and affordable minoxidil without PG. I can't use the stuff with PG because it itches like the fires of hell and the foam just makes my thin hair look *WAY* thinner than it is so it is out too.

Is there anything out there available without PG that isn't that awful foam?
