Hello everybody,

I'm almost 29 with temple recession, I first noticed it 3 years ago so I probably started to lose hair 5 years ago.

I started kirkland minoxidil 6 month ago. During the 5 first month I used it once a day, and I've just started to apply it twice per day 2 weeks ago for better results. The first 3 months i saw my temples getting worst, but by month 5 I finally saw tons of vellus and weak hair where my harline was 10 years ago. So basically I have now a NW1,5 hairline, but with weak hair at the temples.

I know some people responds better that others but I was wondering what were the stages of regrowth with minoxidil for an average responder. I mean if you start with vellus hair, when can you expect seeing those become terminal ?

I guess you need several cycles but are we talking 6 months, 10 months, a year ?

English is not my native language so excuse the mistakes.

Thanks

Continue it,twice a day,and remember...you will not win against hairloss only with minoxidil,it's very often mistake, cause usually people start minoxidil and when they see good results, the continue only with minoxidil, and after about year or two,you lose ground,so consider about adding something like finasteride or S5 cream.

Yeah I'm considering spironolactone cream, i'd prefer not to use propecia, at least not until I've tried other alternatives. The problem is that I'm from France and I can't find any shop online that would ship spironolactone cream here. If someone from Europe knows where to buy it online, please let me know.

Also what you guys think about revivogen ?

Ok it seems you have a thing for guys with blond hair looking like they're having an orgasm while taking acid. Thanks for sharing your tastes : )

So translation, revivogen is sh*t. I'm reading mixed reviews about it.

How is it sh*t? All of their ingredients have some science behind it:

of course it's probably too weak on its own but if you're using it with finasteride then it should help a little... What other shampoo were you planning to use?

Yes, as you said it's probably not enough if used alone and I'd rather not take finasteride, at least for now. I'm gonna try to find some spironolactone cream
