So I kinda fucked up. I wanted to try minoxidil to grow my beard (I was not balding) and after about two weeks I started to notice my hair shedding from my head so I immediately stopped. Now, 3-4 weeks later, I am still shedding. I'm almost 100% sure the shedding is from the minoxidil and not from balding because I never lost hair like this. Before I thought it would just go away after a week but now I'm getting kind of scared because I can start to tell my hair is getting thinner. Luckily I had very thick hair so it isn't noticeable other than to me. I am wondering when the shedding will stop, if the hair that shed is going to grow back, and how long it will take for my hair to thicken up again.
