Minoxidil Shedding And No Regrowth After 3 Months

I've been using minoxidil since the start of April, and I've been having huge shed after 2 weeks till now.
I don't really see any regrowth yet, or even any small hairs. I have read that the shedding last 8 max. approx. Should I keep using it? I know the shedding is normal, but what's worrying me is that I don't see any small hairs after almost 3 months. Nothing.
