Minoxidil purchase query

I'm in the UK and i've been using Regaine purchased from Boots for a couple of months now. It's getting near the time when i'm going to need to buy more and I was wondering about where to get it. This forum has a sponsored link in a toolbar at the top of the page which sells Kirkland 5% for less than a third of what I paid for it. My query is regarding whether the site is reputable and if anyone has experienced negative effects moving from the brand name to a generic.
I searched to see if I could find the answer I was looking for, but with no joy, so my apologies if it's been covered before.

I don't see the link you're referring to so I can't comment on that, but I've used both name brand Rogaine and Kirkland at various times and detected no difference. The ingredients are 100% identical and from my understanding they are both manufactured by the same company.

Thanks for replying. The site is called minoxidil-direct.co.uk. I'd really appreciate it anyone that's used it has any feedback. If it is a reputable site then I think it's the way for me to go as I can get 6 months supply for half of what I paid in Boots for 3 months.
