minoxidil only on DRY scalp?

I was under the impression that you could put it on a wet scalp as long as it wasn't so wet as to wash off the formula. A damp scalp may even soak it up better? But someone told me only dry scalp. Confused.

Instruction only recommends to put minoxidil on dry scaple, however, ppl told me that it would be absorb more when you apply it after showering.

The only reason is absorbes better after showering is that all your scalps pores are open (assuming u take warm showers) I do not suggest using minoxidil with a soaking wet scalp as the alcohol would become diluted in the water and not penetrate the scalps skin.

use minoxidil on a hydrated scalp, that is, soon after you have bathed/showered, but make sure your hair and scalp are dry (at least towel dry)
