I feel with wet hair and minoxidil it absorbs better, I know another guy on here said when he used it on his dry scalp his minoxidil effects of dark circles was reduced.
Considering I applyed minoxidil with slightly wet scalp and my minoxidil side effects were alot worser I would agree that with a wet scalp the minoxidil is absorbed better.
