Minoxidil more than 2ml, can I?

So,

can I use more than 2ml daily of minoxidil, i.e. 2x 1.5ml a day. 1ml in the morning and evening is not enough for me to properly cover my balding areas (crown - thinning, and temples). What side effects could there be when using more than recommended amount of 2ml a day.

Makes no difference to be honest. The body will just absorb roughly what it can accept. You can pour the whole bottle on your head and it will not grow any faster.

Rule of thumb is to just rub enough on the scalp or receding region until it is absorbed. 1ml is never enough.

Once I moved up to 2ml 2 x a day I started getting mild headaches. I took paracetamol on the days that it bothered me. I stopped getting them after a while.
