hi guy, i know this question have been asked countless times ,

but which is better according to you in term of effectivness?

according to dr berstein and some studies , the foam doesn't penetrate the scalp, and is way less effective because of the lack of propylene glycol .

I used foam for 11 months with little or no results, been using liquid a year with moderate noticeable results.

Liquid penetrates better, makes sense it works better, but it’s messier.

I will add that I have had chest pains before on liquid when i use too much, never had that on the foam regardless how much I used, so for me it definitely penetrates better.

Liquid has a better vehicle for penetration. It also makes it much easier to be sure an adequate amount is reaching the scalp if you have any length to your hair

For me, I get faster heart beat if I put on too much foam, but with liquid I never notice any effects. So for me foam penetrates/goes systemic far better, in terms of results though I’m not sure which is better, I use both and sometimes only foam, doesn’t seem to make any difference to my hair, which I’m using, it continues to improve :)
