Minoxidil - I'm Using 3ml Per Application, But It Makes My Hair Look Bad

So yeah,

to get good coverage I use 3mls in morning and at night - but thats quite a lot. it takes a while to dry and my hair looks scraggly and dry as a result.

Has anyone else dealt with this and found a solution?

I use about the same twice a day as well. I wash my hair every night and hair without minoxidil in it looks and feels a LOT better. Unless you buzz your hair short, the minoxidil will wick up the length of the hair shaft, dry, and make your hair look like sh*t. There is nothing you can do about it unless you opt to buzz it. But if you are a responder to minoxidil then gladly accept the trade off.

Get the foam for morning applications. It dries much more quickly

minoxidil liquid should only be used at times you won't be leaving the house for several hours, like at night before bed
