Minoxidil Heart Palpitations Out Of Nowhere

Hi, I'm 23 and I've been using Minoxidil for almost 3 years with no side-effects, I even used it in high dosages at times, both in beard and hair. I also used to drink alot, like 4 to 5 cups a day of coffe and I never had any heart problems like palpitations or fast beating. Since then I dropped coffe once i left college and I cut my hair alot shorter so I use way less minoxidil then I did before. 3 days ago in bed I starting feeling light chest pain, it disappeared the day after but it appeared again last night. Does anyone have any advice to give out?

I'm thinking of dropping the use on the beard.
I also use finasteride.

1) ignore that unless you have an underlying heart condition (confirmed by your cardiologist - e.g. abnormal echocardiography results, atherosclerosis that is unlikely ..., history of arrhythmias)
2) at 23 chest pain is much more frequently explained by non-heart-related causes (there're other organs in your chest), consult a neurologist
3) if you stop using it on your beard, you'll lose it
