Minoxidil flatlined at year 3. Will doing this make it bette

I have been using Minoxidil for 3 years i have had good results but have kind of hit a plateau. Now im wondering and my question is would applying it on a damp scalp get me back over the hump so to speak? I have always applied to bone dry hair.

Some people apply minoxidil to the scalp after they have washed their hair and towel dried it.

Just to warn you, it does absorb better but you may feel dizzy. I've tried this before and got some head rush from it before.
