32 years old here, been battling alopecia since 15 with all the classic treatments but had not added Minoxidil to my Finasteride regime (been on it since my teens) until October last year.
Went through the usual phase of shedding and slowly but surely the left side of the hairline started to show some growth and the thinning stopped.
The right side didn't even sprout one new hair and keeps getting worse.
My left side has always had a deeper recession while the right used to be the "strong one" but nowadays the right one is just there immune to anything I've tried.
I'd understand if minoxidil hadn't worked at all (I know it's not 100% guaranteed), but just half? Do I need to up the dosage in the right side or try anything else?
