So I've been using minoxidil for around 2.5-3 years now. It now seems to b free loosing is effect on my hair and only giving me side effects. These include very puffy eyes and when I raise my eyebrows the wrinkles on my forehead are very thick almost like little fat rolls. I'd Usally always used Kirkland brand but recently tried a brand called members mark. I didn't really notice the forehead rolls and puffy eyes untill I started using this brand. Although its always given me puffy eyes that I've had people actually ask me if I've been boxing.
So I stopped taking it for about a month and a half or so and the forehead lines pretty much went away, not sure if the puffy eyes got any better though. So I thought I'd give it another go and on my 2nd day boom forehead fat rolls again.
So my question is, is there any difference between brands and the side effects they give you? And has anyone else suffered from the puffy eyes before? If so did they ever go away after stopping minoxidil? I'd rather loose my hair and wear a hat or get a hair transplant then look like crap all the time with massive eye bags. Sometimes I can literally feel them weighing my face down
By the way half of you on here posting pics about going bald have more hair then I did when I was a teenager lol
