Hey,
So I try minoxidil for the first time today. Is there a slight burning sensation when you use it?

I had a little bit slowly drip from my head to my eyebrow, and I felt it burning on it's way down.

Yes, there's a slight burning and itching sensation at first. Eventually your skin adapts, and the burning subsides. I find having a slightly damp head greatly alleviates both any burning and itching; although, by doing this you also increase absorption, and any possible side-effects.
