Minoxidil Black Circle Eye Solution?

No solution that I’ve heard of. U either get sides or don’t.
Maybe try applying only once a day and sleeping more tho.

face bloating take dandelion root (its like $10) its a great natural diarretic and will flush that wrinkle / bloat look you get from romaine. at night the other thing to do to combat what could be potentially a loss of collagen (who really knows) is retinol cream (just use a little bit, and stick with it -- takes a few weeks for your face to adjust) just make sure to put on 50+ SPF the next AM on before you go outside.

black circled eyes also comes from stress and not enough sleep, unlikely to be from minoxidil as you are not applying anywhere near eyes?

Has nothing to do with the applying location but with it going systemic
