Minoxidil and spironolactone together in the same topical?

Has anyone had this compounded by a compounding pharmacist or purchased these 2 items in 1 product? It would be great to have something sit on your scalp and rebuff the dht and at the same time encourage regrowth.

Doesn't work like that from my limited understanding. Meaning that you can't combine the two into "one". Could be wrong though, but I doubt it.
