Could you please let me know which products you use for taurine and collagen and what the dosis is. If there is anything particular to consider while buying this products any tipps would be great!

My mom takes collagen for her joints. Gelatin powder is the cheapest source of collagen, a 4lb tub was $41 on Amazon. Hydrolyzed collagen is more expensive at $31 for 2lb but it dissolves better in liquids and she prefers it. Pair it with vitamin C to increase the effects. I have no idea what dosage of collagen is useful for minoxidil puffiness though. You should probably get a small package to make sure it works before committing to a huge package.
