hi, I was on finasteride and minoxidil for a while and hair stopped falling out, well I couldn’t really notice any hair loss, and my hair looked thicker, I stopped using minoxidil for a while and went on holiday for 3 weeks and only had about 7 day of finasteride left, been back for a month and a lot off shedding happened today, went in the shower and every time I stroked my head about 25 hairs were on my hand a few times of doing so. How can I get back into it? Not heard much about micro needling but should I include this? I fked up.
