minoxidil and alcohol

recently i bought a minoxidil from my country (israel) its a Local production,
its inactive ingredients : alcohol 96% , propylene glycol ,purified water ,and Panthenol
active : minoxidil 5%


why alcohol 96% ?? will it effect badly my hair follicles??will increase the shedding .................

If alcohol affected hair/scalp badly, then they wouldn't be making hair loss product with it. In some small studies, alcohol/PG alone supposedly grew hair
