Yes this is the best treatment currently available and is recommended for anyone who wants the best chances of regrowth. For a DHT blocker 1mg or 1.25mg finasteride is recommended. If maintenance of the hair you have is all you desire than you don't really need to the minoxidil

Hi zzzzz,

I'm already using propecia/finax for almost 4.5 years and started to use rogain foam lately+revita shampoo (I'm after a big transplant).
What I meant is it worth to get a minoxi that contains some sort of dht block inside ? I saw some on ebay.
