Minor Thinning In Top Of Scalp.what Could Have Caused This?

Hi,
I feel like my hair has become thin in few patches.i can see scalp under light. We what could cause this?the highlighted area has good hair density than rest of scalp.

There are other reasons for hairloss like thyroid problem. You should consult a dermatologist for this. If this is not male pattern baldness,then you can regain what you have lost.

It is most likely diffuse thinning, the result of male pattern baldness, but it can also be something else. Visit a dermatologist.

I don't know if it's me, but your left temple looks somewhat receded. Maybe it's an illusion, though.

IDK man maybe I want u all to tell me it's something temperary or something. If I was sure that I am going to be bald I wouldn't have posted it. Yes I am in detail. I can't believe that how it can happen when I have no family history of balding

Because anyone that’s ever said they were diagnosed with Telogen effluvium on this forum continued to lose hair for years after. Do your research on here, recoverable Telogen Effluvium is a myth for men. How stressed have you been in the past 3-6 months and, assuming you were stressed, why were you stresssed?

The crash diet may have sped up your male pattern baldness. I wouldn’t hope that your hair will grow back to full density. Get on treatments If you want to save what you’ve got, or you can wait a while and see how it progresses.

Just want help from u guys. Is there anyone who has gone bald even if they don't have bald relatives. I am pretty sure u all guys must have one and if u have lost hair doesn't mean that I will too .I will wait and after few months update again. I am just hoping for best and being optimistic

I have heard min and finasteride have bad side effects. I am going to see a dermatologist anyway but still I want to ask u guys bcoz u have experienced these and if I am really balding I want to get on treatment asap.
