Is it ever going to come back as normal hair around temples and front(being on finasteride/minoxidil 5% & Nizoral 2/week)?

Not if they're tiny vellus hairs with no pigmentation that you can only see with a microscope, some might but not all.

I think you'll need a little more than that to get those tiny hairs back....
