I appreciate the post, but the actual after is so insignificant to the point where it makes no cosmetic difference at all.

If anything i feel as though i am being manipulated and deceived.

The change is so insignificant...

I wish we could figure this sh*t out already. This is nice research, but man... We're due for something better by now. Decades of fucked up botched jobs and temporary/insignificant growth and mice studies are old already.

The results might be better if you have repeat injections.

i know. i'm not blaming you. i'm just so fed up by this crappy kerastem and similar fat cell studies which are all useless, and if doctors knowingly offer such a treatment then they turn the whole thing into a scam.
also, at this point we have no reason at all to believe in unproven growth numbers. studies are being twisted and faked all the time, it's nothing unusual and in 99% of the time it's impossible to proof any wrongdoing or criminal intent. it's not like anybody is able to prove they were lying with the numbers.
the only way to prove it is to offer shaved before/after macro pics of the scalp including scalp tattoos, so that others can count the new hairs themselves. but of course, this kind of proof will never happen as it would expose the faked study.

all we have are faked growth numbers and useless and often arranged combover-pics.

So now I have the answer to my question what you will do if study results are positive. You will say the results are faked and you will call the researchers criminals. Great.

Still bad? I did some editing and labelling.

The pics are visible now. Thanks.

People are complaining that the results are lousy but 20% regrowth is not enough regrowth to produce substantial visible improvement. I do see a little improvement in the pics. The improvement is about what you would expect if you only got 20% regrowth. These results look legit to me.

You would need a higher percent of regrowth to see good improvement easily with the naked eye. It is possible that if you got repeat injections at monthly intervals you might get better improvement than 20%. It's certainly worth a try.

If you get that much improvement from one treatment what happens if you have a 2nd treatment a month later? And then what happens if you get a 3rd treatment a month after the 2nd treatment?

20% is not enough regrowth to cause easily visible improvement. You need at least 30% - 40% improvement for easily visible improvement. So try repeat treatments at monthly intervals for 3 months.

I can't see the pics.

I did see the text though. Thanks for posting the information. People are complaining that the results are lousy but keep in mind that 20% regrowth is not enough regrowth to cause substantial visible improvement. You would need more regrowth to see good improvement easily with the naked eye. It is possible that if you got repeat injections you might get better improvement than 20%. I am actually down with 20% improvement but I will stop at nothing until I have a full head of hair and have it be dense. (I'll probably get Kerastem around march 2018.) I also have thousands of vellus hairs I want to turn terminal. I also intend to get Histogen's, Shiseido's, Folica's and Tsuji's treatments. Everything including the kitchen sink and all that...

The before and after art of the comb over.

Strategic follicle placement and lighting precision.

Can get better results with finasteride alone

I can't.

And before and after hair pics from all companies have some staging for the best possible appearance. It didn't start with Kerastem.

What country are you in?

Kerastem won't be marketed in America in March 2018.

When you get Kerastem will you please stay in touch with us?

I would be careful where I go for Kerastem.

I can see the pics now. Thanks a lot. The visible improvement is about what you would expect with only 20% improvement. You need a higher percent of improvement if you want obviously visible regrowth. Perhaps repeat treatments at monthly intervals for 2 - 3 months.

Yeah I'm N.A. Gonna go on a vacation in Tokyo.

N. A. = North America, right?

To each their own. If you're in North America I would wait until America markets it. It could be soon since the phase 2 is almost over. I would be careful. Some of the clinics overseas might be winging it somewhat.

What is N.A.?

To each their own. I would go to that UK doctor I think. I would be careful. Some of the clinics might be winging it somewhat.

North America I'm just South of Denver.

The 4 clinics kerastem approves for treatment are on this page:
http://kerastem.com/

Unfortunately Kerastem isn't available in the uk. :/

OK. But if the 21st Century Cures Act is law then some treatments might be allowed into the marketplace after phase 2 once the FDA reviews and gives early approval. It's your decision but I think you should wait to see if the USA gives it early approval in 2018. If/when it's marketed in America there will be proper protocols. Across the Atlantic/Pacific it's something of a fish-market with this specific treatment. They didn't even do trials. There are no trial protocols for this treatment across the Atlantic or Pacific.

This guy's crown bald spot has definitely shrunk. Yes I can see that they changed the crown combover to hide more scalp but if you remove the crown combovers from the before pic and the after pic the bald spot is DEFINITELY a little smaller in the after pic.

All these test subjects in these pics appear to have a little more hair - about what you would expect with 20% regrowth. These pics look legit to me.

the crown size is exactly the same. you basically say it yourself that combover is in play. but at the same time you continue to believe that if you subtract the combover factor (as if that's possible to see in those pics), then there is some regrowth.

it's ridiculous, but hey, i'm not stopping you from getting kerastem. try it and learn from the failure yourself. you've been a believer of the fat cell theory for many years, now your dream can come true.

and although the kerastem scam is already available in some locations, the reason for them to do the study is obvious. only with such an official study they have a powerful tool to fool many others and lure poor patients into their scam.
and as we see in this forum, it works great. at least 2 new customers are already in, despite useless fake growth numbers and before/after pics arrangements.

The regrowth is only slightly visible so who would fake pics which little visible improvement?

These pics just show how little visible improvement you get from 20% improvement. These pics are what you get if you only get 20% improvement.

Do you have any idea if repeating the Kerastem treatment a month or two after the first Kerastem treatment might improve the results?

is this a possible treatment for maintenance?

That's what I'm thinking.

Plus you might get more improvement if you have the treatment and then go back to the doctor a month or two later for a second Kerastem treatment.

Honestly Kerastem is more of a repair certain kinds of damage that has already been done to your follicles treatment not a prevent new damage from occurring treatment. It would likely go well with the likes of dutasteride(or some other antiandrogen/5alpha inhibitor) or Shiseido's Replicel licensed stuff which are more prophylactic approaches.

This is why I am so excited about Kerastem. I already have maintenance because no testosterone. Kerastem offers me the ability to get back some of what I've lost.

Nameless - you seemed to have started a thread to persuade yourself that K works. By all means, ignore what others are saying but you'll just be wasting your cash as I did when I got the treatment done in Belgrade.

There is not one certified before and after photo showing that it works. If it did, they'd be 100s as K would market the hell out of it. Think about it
