Might have some regrowth happening but not sure

I had my wife look at top of my scalp with magnifying glass and she said there are dark bumps that look like a follicle ready to pop through. Is this the first step to real hair about to grow?

No way to tell, it could mean that those are bumps that are about to disappear via hair miniaturization.

Time will tell. Will do a weekly check to see if anything develops.
