Bought some Topical Finasteride, and I'm going to use it in conjunction with microneedling. The solution contains a mixture of 5% Minoxidil and Finasteride. Price isn't bad $40 per month. Might last longer. Will let you know.
There's a company in Los Angeles called HappyHead that offers Topical Finasteride, and they show a lot of before and after photos of guys who are using the topical serum. Here's the website if you're interested: http://www.hihappyhead.com/ Personally, I think their price is too much.
