Micro Dosing Finasteride Experience?

40 years old diffuse and frontal thinning for 1.5 years. On oral minoxidil and Keto. Want to ease into an AA.

Any thoughts or experience with either RU low dose to start or Finasteride micro dosing? Could I take the full pill 2-3 times per week to limit sides but see results. What shedding should I expect? Lost a good bit but still enough to maintain.

I took finasteride 3 times a week for a whole month, i dont know if it did nuch for my hair but the ithc went away so that should indicate it is actually working i think
