1.25mg fincar + .5mg dutasteride (veltride from united pharm) every other day
1.25mg proscar (from prescription/pharmacy) every other day
kirkland 5% minoxidil in the evening
rogaine foam in the morning
nizoral 3 times a week
5000mcg biotin everyday
300mg omega3 everyday
loniten (oral minoxidil) 5mg every other day for 2 weeks per month.
i have extreme diffuse thinning around my 'island' and down my vertex. started when i was 21 and i didnt do anything until now. hopefully finasteride/minoxidil will thicken up everything and all the other stuff will just aid in those two main drugs. im not looking for regrowth in bald areas... just thickening/regrowth in existing areas.
no real sides. had bad ball ache for a day or two about a month in. happened twice and hasnt happened since.
been on my regimen for about 4 months now. the first two pictures were taken at the same time at 3 months. the third picture was taken today, about 5 days from 4 months. let me know what you think.

2011 UPDATE
i gave finasteride 1 year and i didnt see the results i wanted. so i started taking real avodart dec 15, 2010. switched to rogaine foam about the same time too and still using nizoral + now added miconazole nitrate. so ive been on it for roughly 2 months. here are some updated pics of my hair longer. pls give me feedback on your thoughts about my loss.
