I got mine from chemist direct, 90 tabs merck proscar (12 mths supply) for about £55. Because it is a prescription drug i obtained a private prescription for a cost of £25 from a doctor who understands male pattern baldness and is also on it. I think this guy does private prescritions for other ppl who want to use it for male pattern baldness as long as they are well educated about the risks (which is undestandable) In view of my age (30) my GP thought i was having a laugh asking for it as its used for BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia).Its quite easy, he sent the prescription to the pharmacy himself.
To be fair, there is probably nothing wrong with the generics. I've heard CIPLA is a reputable company.
Gave me more peace of mind than finpecia, Fincar and those generics out there for just an additional £30ish.
