Okay today I noticed what looks to be a small bald spot in the crown of my head. It could be all in my head but I'm REALLY worried about it. No one in my family has this at all. It's always been a slight recession. Could it be finasteride doing this? I was just starting to notice that my other hair around my hair transplant area for the recession was thickening up and I saw this spot. I've always had a cowlick and so I could just be looking at it from the wrong angle but I'm not sure. Has anyone else ever heard of finasteride triggering this type of situation???
