Your hair looks relatively healthy but still I'd listen to what's being posted here, no one can force you to seek treatment but at the same time you only have yourself to blame if you decide to wait and see if you're one of the lucky ones who's Androgenetic Alopecia stops until you're middle aged, and it ends up not stopping and only worsening in the coming months/years. None of us can predict the future and you honestly sound pretty worried about your hair loss and hence you need to ask yourself this, are you comfortable with experiencing any more hair loss? If the answer is no then treatment is an obvious option.

Slight recession is there at temples

Looks like temples have receded a bit. You can still save your hair. Consult a dermatologist and discuss the prospects. Hope it will be fine.
