Massive Regrowth Recently - Here's my story and theory of how it happened

I started finasteride (1mg daily) and Min (1-2/day) about 11-12 years ago at age 32; I'm 44 now. I don't have aggressive male pattern baldness but I do have it as indicated by my two older brothers. My hair has maintained fairly well but I still had some thinning on top. When the pandemic started a few things changed in my routine and I saw MASSIVE regrowth in the last year while WFH as opposed to coming into the office every day:
1. I stopped styling my hair with American Crew Fiber, which tugs on your hair since it's a bit sticky.
2. I didn't wash my hair every day. I use Lipogaine Big 5 shampoo anyway, but I started washing my hair once every 3-5 days because I didn't need to style it.
3. I started applying Min more religiously (2-3 times/day vs 1-2). I noticed that Min didn't go systemic nearly as easily when I don't wash my hair every day (oil/flake build up), so I started applying more without any noticeable side effects.
4. I bought a new Corsair bristle paddle brush to brush in the Min more aggressively. I really believe this made a huge difference...almost like I was lightly needling my scalp just to stimulate my follicles. Coincidentally, I started this before I starting seeing MASSIVE regrowth.
5. I get sunshine (Vit D) on my skin every day because now I go on midday walks. I live in SCAL so my Vit D intake must've drastically increased.

Now, I don't know which of these factors (some or all) contributed to my regrowth, but I can tell you that whatever it was made a colossal difference. I have no thinning at all now as if I'm 21 y/o. It's unbelievable. Any thoughts?

I think the vitamin D factor and possibly increased minoxidil....
