Massive hair loss all of a sudden

Ok, little background story, I started using propecia 5 years ago on a rather full head of hair ( but thought I saw signs of hair loss). Now 5 years later (26, almost 27). I noticed my hair has gotten thinner on the front and just to check I looked at the crown of my head today and my oh my is it bad. Last time I checked was probably 6 months ago and practically all covered up.
Now it is balding very fast not really on the left side, all on the right side, nobody pointed it out to me so far, but does anyone has any idea what may have caused this?

I have travelled for a while now, so my diet might not have been that well, but I did use propecia every day and nizoral shampoo quite often.

Anything else I can do to make it better? Or is it just the end of propecia for me and is there any use for me to keep on using it? Will adding rogaine or dutasteride help or is it really clippers time with no guard for me?

Oh maybe I should add that I don't think I had a major shed in those 5 years nor regrowth, I just kept on using it since I figured it would be good and I had no side effects. Could this then be my first shed? Or maybe it never really worked on me and now I am really losing my hair?

how much finasteride do you take a day?

yes, you should add a growth stimulant like rogaine

also, look into a topical anti androgen in the future

I use 1mg a day or sometimes 1,25mg (proscar cut in 4)

Oh I'm not sure if it helps any, but I recently discovered I got some more chest hair as well which grew in like a 3 month period (together with my hair loss I suppose)

And the thing is the hair loss is diffuse (well mostly right side), but this is not common in my family. I think if it wasn't for propecia I wouldn't have had any diffuse hair loss and maybe MBP while now I don't have any signs of a horseshoe, but do have awful thinning.

I read some posts that claim the same thing, but when they dropped the propecia it got even worse, so then others say that it was working and this was inevitable. I really do wonder what would have happened if I hadn't taken it.
