male pattern baldness or maturation?

hi there guys, im new to this forum..

im nineteen years old and concerned about the receding at my temples. However i am not sure whether it is actually male pattern baldness or just "maturing" to a certain state.

There is no history of balding in my family, my dad has hair and so do the males from my mums side too.

my hairdresser told me that it is nothing major however im still concerned, so if anyone could help here id be very grateful...

ill happily answer any questions too ^^

Im 23 and have almost the exact hairline as you do. My hairline has been like that since i was 16 or 17.

So it might be a mature hairline, or a slow temple recession. I would just keep an eye on it, and if it keeps progressing then take the necessary steps.

take pictures regularly and keep an eye on it. it's nearly impossible to tell at this stage.
