I thought he was like 20. Anyways, I don't mean 20 years from now, I mean over the next 20 years. It will probably start coming in the next few years starting with Tsuji and Tissuse. I'm pretty sure he can tolerate being on finasteride for 10 or even 20 years worst case scenario.

f*** man I don’t mind taking 30 different drugs and applying topics if I can keep my hair. I’m a male fashion model so i kind of need my hair.

I’m just actually praying to god it is male pattern baldness and not Alopecia Areata... I’m going to give finasteride until July and if it seems like i’m still loosing ground i’ll pull out the topicals.

It's definitely very minor male pattern baldness and not AA. I can't see that you're still losing ground in the pictures, but if you are then you can switch to dutasteride. It will almost certainly halt your hair loss.

Thanks for the reply, it’s hard to tell if I’ve lost ground IMO. The only reason I was thinking AA is because I have zero loss on my left side, literally nothing,

by the way, you've lost 140 lbs, impressive, are you having any excess skin? I'd assume 140 lbs should def leave some skin, but is it bad?

About 80% of men lose their right temple first. You probably would've lost the other one by now if you hadn't been on finasteride.
