Hello everyone.
I am a 20 year old lad facing hair loss problem for more than a year now. Along with hair loss, I also suffered from severe headaches, weaknesses and severe joint pains for past year. Unable to find a cure to any of the problems, atlast my doctor was able to detect vitamin b12 and vitamin d deficiency. Both vitamins were less than half of what they should be, around 0.25% of the required. I had been having these deficiencies for more than a year. After taking vitamins for like 3-4 months, my hair loss stopped drastically but hasn't got better yet. It's like hair fall all over the scalp uniformly. Could my hair loss be because of the deficiencies?
Thanks in advance

Yeah, dry your hair, avoid direct lighting also, take a photo with natural light. I don't think you have hair loss problem.
But that's just my opinion tbh.

hmm you have take the pics in the harshest conditions with wet hair and i'm assuming under a strong spotlight.....not sure you have male pattern baldness either....in them conditions i think you will see scalp on every human with normal density.

Hair loss from vitamin deficiencies can take anywhere from 1-3 months to stop shedding followed by another 6-12 months to fully recover. Though you should see some improvement in the 3-6 month range, so give it another 2-3 months.

Thanks a lot. Actually I am shedding heaps of hair from my legs and arms as well. In morning, my bed would be completely covered with lots of small hairs from my legs. There are always numerous arm hairs on my hoodies as well. Overall, my entire room is covered with my hairs everytime I clean it. Does it have to be something with this deficiencies or something else?. Although this shedding has also reduced a bit since medications.
Thanks!

I am shedding a lot which makes my overall scalp look very thin. Don't know either if it's male pattern baldness.
Anyways, thanks a lot!
