Male A Bit Worried About Hair Loss.

Hi I believe I may have started to suffer recession of the hairline, maybe slight hairloss. I would appreciate advice on where I would be on the norwood scale and if anyone can chime in about mature hairlines.
I live a pretty healthy lifestyle with good diet if that matters.
