Making Progress?

Been on finasteride now for seven and a half months, and been using twice daily 5% minoxidil foam for about ten months, and keto shampoo 2-3 times per week for nine months. Finasteride sides have been up and down in the early goings. Right now, erection quality and libido are good, but lacking in morning wood most days, and semen is still on the watery side, but overall I don't have many other complaints about finasteride usage. So I've been buzzing my hair and wearing hats since the day I noticed my hair getting thinner, but a few months ago I said I wouldn't cut my hair at all for a while and just see what happened. Now, about a week after my 26th birthday, I wanted to see where I stood. My hairline is still slightly receded in the front and has shown no improvement, but as for the crown, what do you guys think?

It does feel healthier, but its still feels noticeably thinner at the crown than on the back or the sides, but hopefully that can change. As for my temples and corners. At best, I could say that they've halted further recession, but I've given up hope months ago that I would get any frontal regrowth. Right now, with my hair styled forward, it's manageable. That is going to have to suffice for the foreseeable future.
