Making Own Ru58841 - Locating Product Advice From Uk

Trying to make own RU PG solution 5%-10% from UK but struggling to track down products for it.
The powder is easy to get like the minoxidil but i am struggling with everclear alchol on what to get and the PG.
If anyone from the UK order this and can link me to the products i would be very grateful.

Isoproply Alcohol and PG can easily be found on ebay. everclear is the drink is it not? you don't need that.
