Making at home spirinolactone solution

Hey guys,

I finally got my hands on spirinolactone pills


I want to make a solution with it just like I do with ru but I read somewhere that you should use filter paper. Does anyone know a reason for this and also would it not filter out the drugs as well?

This is not cream. Its a solution like ru and minoxadil. Makes it much easier to apply and also since I'm putting the pills I believe its legit spironolactone,whereas otherwise you can never be sure.


I do think spironolactone can work

Not true, there's a study done where spironolactone was applied to back acne as a treatment and was measured successfull. You can look it up if you want. I dont know why people believe that it does not work when it has never been tested. What you said is probably not even your opinion just someone else's that you read on here.

If you believe that RU can work topically than you should definetly give spironolactone a chance cuz unlike RU its a read drug that is 100% recognized for its Anti-Androgenic ability unlike RU which is not monitored to mean any standards, is not proven to be an anti-androgen, or even produced by a reliable pharmacy company. You legitimately have not idea what your getting when you order Ru; very much unlike spironolactone

Kinda old but here it is:-
1.Crush about 30 spironolactone pills of 100mg.
2.Add it to a cream base/ skin cream of about 60ml.
This is for the 5%.You can't make a 5% liquid spironolactone that would not degrade fast. Cream version would be good enough for above a month.

I don't think he meant it never worked in a general sense. Just doesn't work for hairloss when applied topically. This isn't acnetalk

If it gets absorbed into the skin and reaches the androgen receptors to stop acne then there is no reason to assume that it would not do the same for hairloss.

Thx but I dont this will work. The pills contain mostly filler.


What I'm doing at the moment is putting 500mg of spironolactone in 7 ml of 95% alchohol.
Then shake alot
Filter the solution using a coffee filter
Add 3 ml of propelene glycol to the remaining solution.

Once I get more spironolactone pills I'm hoping to up the does to like a 3-4% in the solution.
