this will perhaps apply to those young ones out there (similar to myself) who are scared shitless about their hairloss but experienced advice would be helpfull.
basically my temples have receeded fairly noticably in the last 2 yrs. after seeing a trichologist (spelling) he said what i had was not MPH, merely natural hairline 'alteration' that basically as i broaden and grow so does my head and thus my hairline 'goes back' as the scalp changes and grows. he said an absolute NO to finesteride and said Saw Palemetto. He also said NO to Nizoral!!!
Is this Saw Palemetto any good, can anyone offer advice on it? Could i PLEASE have some advice on some 'natural' or 'topical' ointments/lotions/vitamins/sprays etc that could help me maintain hair and increase the CHANCES of maintaining what i have.
i nothing is definate, but tips/suggestions would be highly appreciated.
P.S anyone in the UK find it normall that so many gp's and dermatologists say no to Finesteride??
