Hey everyone,
Well I am three months in now, after stopping for awhile and seems as I can now notice some regrowth.
I am using big three (minoxidil foam at night, finasteride, nizoral).
I used the same in the past and was able to regrow hair but always have trouble maintaining it.

i guess the question is, How long does regrowth usually last?
What is the best way to maintain it?

In the past I stayed on the same big three aftr regrwth, and eventually it all shed out :/

So I amback on the right track and wondering if anyone has had any success maintaining their regrowth.

Thx

No, I was on the big three in the past, and started again three months ago.

The best way and only way to maintain regrowth is to stay on treatments. You say that you lost all your regrowth over time when on the Big3, did you make any changes to your regimen? Were you using minoxidil twice a day and taking finasteride everyday?

I stayed on the same reg.
Min every night, finasteride every morning, and nizoral about 3 times a week.
It will regrow hair back to about 80% full then I will go through a massive shed, and seems as if I go back to square one.
This time around I am using foam, instead of kirklands liquid brand.
I guess this is the way the game is played :/

You mentioned you used minoxidil every night, were you only using minoxidil once per day?

Yes do to my job, I can only do it at night before I go to bed.
So I only apply foam once a day.

I see. Well the only thing to do really is to conitnue treatments and see how things go. Though if you are not seeing or maintaning results maybe find a way to apply the minoxidil twice per day.
