I've had thinning hair, mostly at the front of my head, mostly on left side for 12 years.
I started taking finasteride and grew most of it back and maintained. I also use Tricomin and dandruff shampoo.
I've taken test boosters (for gym), different kinds and they all seem to cause my to shed and thin even though on finasteride, so I no longer take any.
I have insomnia sometimes and have taken Ambien (not daily but when needed for a few months, twice), this definitely caused my hair to shed, and made me feel like crap. So I no longer take it at all.
When I had stopped taking it the first time my hair grew back where it thinned.
I recently started taking Lunesta in the same manner, when needed. It works good for me, feel great and can usually take a little piece of the pill and fall asleep.
I didn't notice the shedding as much as when on Ambien but the hair on the left side of my head appears to be getting thinner. I was hoping this was just a cycle, but I'm not sure, it doesn't seem to be growing back yet (been taking two months).
I just stopped taking it a couple days ago and hope to be able to continue not to take it. Stinks cause was really helping my sleep patterns.
So my questions are.
Has anyone else noticed shedding with Lunesta? Was it just a cycle?
What are new treatments that might help?
I was reading up a little on RU, seems like maybe I should add this and try this on my thinning areas?
I read people here get it from thekaneshop. What should I order starting out and how do I use it?
Any other recommendations?
