Lumps On Scalp At Day 30 After Fut Is This Normal?

Hi all, I'm just one month past my FUT op, 2909 grafts. I have had very little shedding so far, but what i do have is some lumps under the scalp that feel like ingrown hairs or cysts.

Is this normal at this point post-op? I don't have any pimples as such (pustular) but the lumps are a bit sore to the touch.
