Lowest hairline I've ever seen

This guy is a Serbian politician who is apparently on trial for genocide :wow:

Anyway, I think he's got the lowest hairline of all time. His widow's peak almost touches his unibrow! He even beats Napolitano.

Although I did see a guy the other day in person who might beat both of them. He had one of the lowest, thickest hairlines I've ever seen - but he had it shaved down and then a mullet in the back! What a waste......

Personally if I was either of those dudes, I'd shave it back. Having a hairline that low looks terrible IMO.

Just goes to show that hairlines come in a wide range of heights. Theirs look abnormally low whilst some peoples look abnormally high, but having an abnormaly high one does'nt automaticly = m.p.b.
And the serb guys is'nt slicked back like Napolitano's, it may be brushed up but theirs so much of it I suspect its hanging forwards abit making it look lower than it is.

Actually, I think that guy is the winner. He looks Latino/Hispanic though, which might tip the scales in his favor as they tend to have low hairlines by default.

Yeah, but that's no hairline -- it's a wall.
And imagine how much pressure it gets daily with setting up that kind of a haircut.
